Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Narrio.Ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Narrio.Ai is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Narrio.Ai.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

• Accounts are created and accessed through Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Narrio.Ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Description of the Service

Narrio.Ai is an AI-powered note-taking application that allows users to:

• Record and transcribe speech
• Organize and enhance notes using AI
• Upload images for text extraction (OCR)
• Interact with AI through conversational features

Some features are available for free, while others require a premium subscription.

5. Free and Premium Access

Premium access is subject to payment and verification as described in Section 6.

6. Payments and Premium Activation (GCASH)

• Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis.
• Pricing details are presented at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
• Payments are made via GCASH.
• Users must upload proof of payment (JPEG format) for verification.
• Premium access is activated only after manual verification, which may take up to 24 hours.

If proof of payment is invalid:

• Users may resubmit proof if payment was successfully received.
• If no payment is found, the user may be required to pay again.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload, including:

• Text notes
• Transcriptions
• Images uploaded for OCR

By using the Service, you grant Narrio.Ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Narrio.Ai does not claim ownership of your content.

8. Voice Data

• Narrio.Ai does not store raw voice recordings.
• Speech input is processed in real time to generate text.
• Only text transcripts may be stored in the system.

9. AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Narrio.Ai does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse system features

Narrio.Ai reserves the right to remove illegal content and suspend accounts for abuse without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All app design, branding, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Narrio.Ai. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Narrio.Ai may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or illegal activity is detected

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Narrio.Ai makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrio.Ai shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• AI errors
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or incidental damages

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
